Mojan Skin Care ("we", "us") operates a private, women-only skincare studio in Sugar Land, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you book with us and how we use it.
What we collect
When you book an appointment we collect your name, phone number, email address, the treatment you chose, your appointment date and time, and the optional skin-intake details you provide (skin type, concerns, products, medications, allergies, pregnancy status). We collect this information only to prepare for and manage your visit.
How we use it
- To confirm, remind you of, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- To prepare your treatment safely.
- To respond when you contact us.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in on our booking form, we send transactional appointment messages by SMS: booking confirmations, reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices. Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our booking, email and text-message systems, strictly to deliver those services, and when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep booking records as long as needed for our appointment history and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing mojanskincare@gmail.com.
